Me and a friend always go here, it's mainly quite busy around the breakfast/lunchtime period to say it's a driving distance out of town.

The staff welcome you at the door to seat you, they are polite, yet you can tell they're so understaffed sometimes. I have noticed staff walking round huffing and muttering due to being busy etc, and This can cause them to argue or disagree on the shop floor which can be awkward for customers (I know it was for me and a friend who had a worker come to our table and gossip about another colleague after being told off.) I did feel sorry for her though. Anyway, service is good. They try and be as quick as they can.

I have only ordered a couple meals off the menu as I normally only go for the Farmers Big Breakfast, but the food I have had was OK. The breakfast is nice but the fried break tastes like it was fried days ago and refried. So I always trade that out for an extra hash brown. Food is well presented and tastes nice! Pricing isn't too bad to be honest, and I'll always go back as its such a Convenient place for me and a friend to meet up. I do...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Poppy's as a pit stop on the way from long journey from Butlins to Norfolk, and I can't recommend it highly enough. From the moment I walked in, the friendly staff made me feel right at home. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxing meal.

I ordered the All-Day Farmers Breakfast and it was, without a doubt, one of the best breakfasts I've ever had. Everything on the plate was cooked to perfection, but the true star of the show was the fried slice. It was absolutely divine - crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and packed with flavor. I've had fried slices at countless places, but none have ever come close to this one.

The entire experience was fantastic. The service was prompt and cheerful, the food was incredible, and the overall vibe was just wonderful. Poppy's is a gem, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit to try more of their delicious menu items. If you're looking for a fantastic meal with friendly service, look no further...

First time at Poppy's today and won't be the last. The whole experience was honestly faultless. We turned up as a large group with no booking, but they were able to quickly accommodate a large table for my whole family. Aisles were large and fully disabled accessable. Parking was plentiful with decent size spaces. The location was great being just off the main road. Car wash/valet also available at the back of the cafe. We ordered a variety of different breakfasts and were particularly impressed with the large gluten free menu (having a celiac in our group) Fantastic range on the kids menu. Table service. Staff were friendly and attentive. Food came out quickly. It was hot and fresh. Decent sized portions. Bacon and eggs cooked to perfection! Very reasonably priced. The bill came in just over £60 for 8 breakfasts for all of us including drinks (the coffee was top notch and the tea came in a pot! Bonus!) Will defo return!

A party of 4, when we arrived we was seated just about straight away, waiter was lovely came and took our order. We ordered x3 lg diet pepsi (very flat but cold) & a tuna and cheese melt baguette, chicken and mushroom pie and x2 chicken and bacon wraps. Wraps came with salad inside which was NOT stated on the menu (pictures of menu below), a member of our party has a allergy to carrots. When we brought this to the managers/owners attention she got very hostile and stated that "all the wrap have salad on" and if we had an allergy we should of stated but they never asked and we have never had a issue before and we have been coming here for years. I thought this was very rude and very unprofessional and they will be very lucky if they get our custom again. Very disappointed with our visit. On a plus note they did change one of the wraps.

Upon entering, we were greeted and seated very fast. The place gave off a very classic style cafe, which was great! The staff were very friendly and professional! My wife is coeliac. she ordered the all-day breakfast from the gluten-free menu, which she told me she very much enjoyed! She was thrilled to learn that they had gluten-free saussages as most places do not. I myself ordered the farmers all day breakfast, comprising of 2 eggs, 2 saussages, 2 rashers of bacon, a hash brown, beans, tomatoes, mushrooms, a fried slice of bread and 2 slices of fresh bread for dipping, a heafty meal! It was all great! Everything was cooked beautifully, the eggs were perfect! I very much enjoyed my meal here and we would definitely recommend this to anyone with coeliac or anyone just looking for a great meal
