The Wyggeston — Restaurant in East Staffordshire

Not sure what they pay their staff to do but took 25 mins on Sunday for a member of staff I believe he was called Nathan to serve me, and when he did he was more interested in been on his phone on a video call swearing and berating other staff members and customers. I even witnessed him telling a customer “if you don’t like the service you know where the door is”, This is the 4th time I’ve been back in 3 weeks and every time it’s completely abysmal service, if I could rate lower stars I would. Not only is this an uncomfortable atmosphere but it really doesn’t look good on the company. I asked another member of staff if there was a manager available and was told to call back later, I just find the way things where handled very unprofessional. I won’t be back, it’s a shame how one person drags the whole experience down. Think new staff and retraining needs...
