CafeFlex — Restaurant in East Suffolk

Myself and my family are regulars to flex cafe which we have always rated so highly , one main reason we used flex was the quality of food and condiments HOWEVER very upset that lately cake has been dry and the stokes sauces are running low, only now to find out they are scrapping stokes sauces to use the cheap hp,tomatoe ones that you often find in sainsbury cafe or many others , I myself feel that as FLEX has clearly grown in popularity , enabling them to expand etc they are slipping on the very quality that made them that popular and got them such good reviews in the first place !!! Friendly, attentive staff. Clean cafe. Totally overpriced and limited menu for vegetarians. Great for vegans but not vegetarians. No vegetarian breakfast. Couldn't order meat breakfast minus bacon and sausage as menu stated possibility of cross contamination. Chilli con carne and sausage and mash £15-£16 per item? Ridiculous for a cafe price despite it being a nice cafe. £11 for a toasted sandwich without garnish. No. No chips, posh or greasy spoons cafes always do chips. £10 for a bowl of soup. Met a friend for coffee and crossaints Sunday morning. It was clean and welcoming with table service.
