Rude staff!

When I ordered the food I was told the food would be 15mins which was fine. 35mins later I asked how long the food would be only to be told with a lot of attitude "another 6mins, I told you it would be bit of a wait!" no apology was given, just a rude tone and response. It would have been nice to have been updated the food would be a bit longer, instead I was expected to sit there waiting.

I would understand if it was busy at the time but it wasn't. Why tell me 15mins in the first place if it wasn't feesable? I used to go regularly but I won't bother anymore due to how rude the staff was. Shame...
