Bodrum Kebab & Pizza — Restaurant in Eastbourne

I have not been to Bodrum for a while, to be fair, I have been going elsewhere for some time.

I had been out working a while, it was late, past 11 pm, and thought it was a good idea to grab something easy, tasty and filling as I had more work to do when I got home, so I decided to drop in on the way home.

First, I asked for a 'king size' as I was pretty hungry, but when I opened the box I was left wondering where the rest of it was, it was like half of it was missing. There was a large pitta, in the usual broken up fashion, a good amount of salad, and a handful of meat, deffo not a king size and only just scraping into the large category, to be honest, I just kind of felt I had been conned.

As other reviewers mentioned, I also asked for chili sauce with my kebab and it was absolutely drowned in it, and the sauce is not even that great, its too vinegary and in large amounts is just plain overpowering and it made the kebab fairly unpleasant, and it was everywhere, so I could not even 'pick and choose' any bits, and the bread was the same, smothered in it.

I tried to eat it, but I just threw it out in the end as it was just plain unpleasant and I could not be bothered going back, especially after reading some of the comments regarding the poor response from the staff when dealing with complaints, which is something I have also encountered in the past, so basically a waste of £7.

I have no idea why they think having so much sauce is a good idea, maybe they thought I was a drunk, maybe they think it will hide poor quality meat or under portioning, who knows. I do not know why they thought I was a good ripoff target, maybe they do this to everyone now.

I stopped going before because I got tired of them regularly trying to overcharge me, missing items off my order and generally feeling like I had been conned, such as being charged for king size and getting a medium and just got the feeling they were trying it on all the time.

I will not go back, and though I am sad in some way, as I have actually been a customer here for quite a few years, I am also pleased to know that the place I have been going to instead is actually so much better and this has made me realise just how much better and just how poor Bodrum has become.

HI so we had our order and there was a slight mix up with the food after investigation it was at no fault of the shop itself a fresh load of food was sent right out with a little extra chips and an offer of a refund if this was not perfect i have never had such a service from a takeaway shop before in my life not only did we really enjoy our meal we felt appreciated as customers the person who came apologised profusely and waited for us to try and confirm it was up to standard so thank you bodrum manager i will highly recommend you to all in need...

Absolutely disgustedd!!! Cannot believe the service here tonight! Been going here for YEARS and couldn't normally be happier! Tonight though (25/Aug/16) was completely different !!

All out order was wrong! When we called up to let them know, we were confronted with absolute rudeness and arguments ! After they read back out order and realised they'd made a mistake, they offered to bring us a small pot of salad ?! This was a joke as they'd messed up all three orders?! I think I'll just use another takeaway from now on.
