Starbucks — Restaurant in Edenderry

I would like to start this by saying I am appalled of how I got served I was here yesterday and asked for a water and ice for my friend as she was very thirsty I was getting ready to pay and the nice women told me no it is fine. So today I was coming out of jd gym as I was working out and drank all my water I was very dehydrated and was needing a drink so I remembered what had happened yesterday I can in and asked for a ice water and I got rudely told that I can’t do that and I need to pay for something to get iced water so I bought a cake pop then he charged me for water and I said oh are they not free and he rudely told me no. I explained what happened the day before and he looked at me dead in the eye and said do I look like I care I found that very rude but paid. When I got my water there was 3 miniature ice cubes but the day before when I didn’t pay I got a full cup of ice so the man who served me today be aware he is extremely rude and condescending and has no manners what so ever!! Do better Starbucks 😡 I will show the size of the cup that cost me £2.50 that has tap water in it I am aware that this doesn’t seem like much but I am struggling with money at the moment to buy out and I think this is a disgrace as it is just tap water!!...

Called in as the drive thru was full. New staff member on till could have done with some help, seemed he was causing issues with orders and cups. Female staff member sitting talking to other customers, her boyfriend pulled up outside, he came in and she handed him a coffee then he left and the she went out the back instead of helping. 15 mins wait for a coffee, ordered oat milk and was given cow milk (discovered when i got home - drink went in the bin). Orders sitting at the collection area getting cold. I had to tell one customer her order was sitting for a few mins as the staff barely raised their voice to share the order was waiting. For a new restaurant the place needs more attention for...

I went yesterday to this Starbucks and asked for a cup of water for my child and ice I was serviced by a lovely lady who gave me lots of ice and for free I have now went today and asked for a cup of ice with water I was declined my service as the man said I had to buy something to buy the water so I said okay and bought a cake pop they he had the audacity to make me pay 4.65 for the water and cake pop he charged me £3.00 for water and not one ice cube I will not be back Will probably be back and I will be back...
