Today was yet another visit to Bamber&Brown on Crag Lane, Harrogate. The best kept secret in Harrogate. Once again we enjoyed Bev's renowned carrot cake and some hot chocolate to go with it. Always the same very high quality on everything they serve to rival Betty's. A new addition to the site was some lovely new decking which will enhance the experience of the evenings of Prosecco and Pizza which I believe will be starting again very soon. If you're out and about near Crag Lane and you don't want to pay the entrance charge to enter Harlow Carr to visit the cafe there or even the new Harrogate Arms, I highly recommend Bamber&Brown. My son said the coffee was really good (double shot flat white) and I found my cup of tea perfectly fine. Should have asked but wanted to know what type of black tea it was. Could have done with a corrugated cardboard cup holder (I just like them).
Prices seemed a bit high.. think I saw some mini dog biscuits for £1 and that startled me.
