Very disappointed! I placed an order, over the £40 requirement for free shipping. Just to be told the sender didn't pay the full postage and now I'm required to pay the remaining balance and order to receive my package. I reached out to their sales team email and the info email listed on the website, haven't received a reply! Not happy! 31 Oct 2024 Update! John from the company reached out to me and sincerely apologized for the mishap. Offered a refund or a free 2nd order. I thanked him. However, I declined and asked only for the additional shipping cost(£4.90) Royal mail required me to pay to receive the goodies. He agreed and sent me a refund of £20. Very kind of him / Brooklyn Brownie Co. The Brownies were delicious as usual. Thanks! Happy Customer!

Stumbled upon this company on social media,, enjoyed watching the products being made dived on and made an order, and really did not regret it!! I ordered a 12 pack of their loaded brownies. Not only was the shipping super fast but the brownies arrived in perfect condition and tasted incredible the biggie scoff and the s’mores brownies have really gone down a treat at home and made our friends jealous!! Will definitely be ordering again the owner is really friendly and down to earth !! You won’t regret a visit here or a purchase !

We visited this evening around 9:45pm, lovely place, the decor is beautiful and the ambulance is amazing! Owner is really friendly too. Bought the brownies home and they're lovely. We got a box of 6 with a mixed selection. I've attached some photos too ☺️ We will definitely be coming back ☺️

John & Leo have made the perfect product. I’m not talking “slab” brownies that are undercooked heaps of trash. I’m talking perfectly assembled brownie batter baked into a shape that gives you the MOST consistent delivery of texture and flavour. That’s the basic b*%ch which works well. Never fails and never disappoints. Add marsh mellows, biscoff, m&m’s, unicorns, hersheys cookies & cream (and a lot more) and the rest is history. There’s a flavour for everyone and anyone! Got a nut intolerance?! These guys made a protein heavy PB&J brownie that tastes JUST like peanut butter and jelly. It’s 10/10 sure. Well, what else can I say other than you'll never regret ordering from these guys. My first encounter was a positive, joyful, professional experience with John who made me feel part of the BBC family instantly. Since then I've bought countless amount of brownies and even got them stocked in my workplace. I can't get enough! I admit, they can appear pricey but the quality is second to none and you'll soon see they're worth every penny. You won't find anything like it; especially with such a fantastic team behind it. A small, local business built from the ground up and will continue to soar.
