Burger King — Restaurant in England

BURGER KING UK - POOR!!

Bought 2 large double whopper meals and loaded fries and unfortunately the food was poor, even though I did click and collect and had to wait on arrival for food, which was supposedly cooked fresh.

Burger was at best luke warm and dry, lacking sauces and tasted like it had been in a warmer for hours. The loaded fries (whatever they was of them), as you can see by the pic the portion size is really small, and again hardly loaded with no very much topping!! Again the fries were luke warm even though they had supposedly just been cooked! - certainly not worth the extra £1.25.

Total cost of meals £26.20, there is no way 26pound worth of food here, Total rip off!!

Just come back from Spain and Burger King over there couldn't be more different!! Cheaper, bigger and more tasty burger, bigger fries and generally much more filling. Only wish I'd now taken a pic so could compare the two.

Sorry to say I won't be going back to Burger King, not in the UK anyway.

I’m so disappointed. I’m now going to be late to a football match. As someone who used to work at Burger King, it does not take 20 minutes to hand out two whoppers, two regular fries and 8pcs halloumi fries - especially as it wasn’t particularly busy. The two other people collecting their orders had the same experience as us - one of them had walked into the restaurant from the drive through to ask about his. We politely went to the counter and asked about our order. It turns out that our burgers had just been sat there going cold. The halloumi fries were cold as they were left in the fryer basket for 5 minutes or so. Might I add, Halloumi fries are supposed to be cooked in the vegetarian fryer in a basket marked with a yellow ring - they were not. Fries were also cold and not particularly salted. We then had to ask for our drinks and sauces that we’d paid for. I’d spent £18! No apology, no smile. Honestly, if you’re driving along the A1079, just go to KFC or drive along to McDonald’s -...

1st time. Terrible. Literally 1 car in front allready at payment window. Order a 1x whopper meal with cheese. And a extra fries. Got to window paid etc. No communication to say waiting on your food won't be long etc. Just passed drink shut window. Waited about 5 mins and got asked what my order was. Waited another 5 mins and git a bag of food which I opened to check and was wrong. So gave them it back told them order again.
