Burger King — Restaurant in England

RATS RATS RATS!! THIS IS AN EDITED REVIEW! RAT PICTURES ARE POSTED! My daughter and I were eating our food in our car when she spotted rats (yes plural) eating a spilt milkshake on the path into the food outlets. Burger king can't be held 100% responsible because there is a Greg's on site and a Hotel. However the lack of cleaning to the carpark and bin emptying doesn't help.

I always find it frustrating when consumers drop rubbish because this is the end result.

Server at til lovely young lady, can't fault. The "lady" who lacked professionalism at best prepping the order was too busy trying to manage her personal affairs with what would seem to be a colleague / friend. The friend I speak of also, I'm so sorry to hear all the drama in your life and to top it off working the weekend I'm so so so sorry for your endeavours and hardships as an adult. Shut up serve me my food and go deal with your personal issues and life outside of work infront of the customers. Oh and the milkshake would have been nice to get the right flavour but distractions cause mistakes.

Fully loaded fries were very small and Luke warm. Staff have plenty of time to talk but not enough time to clean? Floor is dirty, receipts and used napkins scrunched up on the floor, dried out sticky soda stains on the tiles. Particularly noticed 1 female staff member with gold framed glasses prepping food whilst obnoxiously open mouth chewing gum the whole time - also another member talking directly over food whilst prepping. Neither professional nor sanitary. I have social anxiety so have difficulty raising these issues in person, but weren't a good impression of the...
