Burger King — Restaurant in England

I went to service counter on Sun 15th Dec at 1pm to order food at the M2 Templepatrick Applegreen services in Northern Ireland and was served by a young foreign girl with a very poor grasp of English. I was very frustrating having to place my order with the language difficulty. My order number 9 went on the board as being prepared. My wife was having another meal from a different vendor and finished her meal while I was waiting for my very simple plain Burgerking meal for one. I watched on screen as orders placed after me were completed and still I waited. I went to the counter and asked where my meal was and was told to wait by another foreign member of staff. When I eventually got my very simple meal my wife had finished her’s, which is an indication of how slow the service was and they were not busy. Absolutely appalling service from Burger King yesterday. ...

Went there Friday evening as we just fancied a burger king. We had tried one in queensbourgh a couple of weeks ago and were very disappointed in both quality of service and quality of the food.

This was a completely different experience. The place was very busy even at 20 30 in the evening. When we arrived and ordered online there were 10 people in front of us. When we were served there were another 10 behind us. The staff were working hard and the wait was 10 to 15 minutes. . The food was freshly cooked and hot. The chips and burgers excellent and well worth the extra 15 minute drive. Well done...

The worst burger king I've been to.. ordered our meal and waited 15min for it at the till, then (no other customers) then he handed it over in a bag, and then forgot one of the two drinks.. then we checked the bag and he had forgotten the onion rings.. so we went back and waited for them, food now cold, we went out to the car to eat our meal... opened the bag to find the burgers wasn't even the burgers that we ordered...

to sum it up; cold food, wrong burgers, multiple items missing on two trys.... avoid this one and eat...
