Costa Coffee — Restaurant in England

Went here around 5pm on Saturday afternoon. Had to queue for 15mins as only 1 young lady serving with a couple customers infront of me. The building was way too hot with no air conditioning and there were flys everywhere with open bottles of milk near where drinks are handed over. Flys were landing on all the cups and jugs. Really poor environment and something not that I would not expect from a 5 star hygiene...

Poor costumer service. Waited for 30 minutes just to get 2 coffees. And a rude stuff served a family who came after I ordered. They’re binged served before us. There was a lack of choice of cakes when we went. The service was pretty quick and staff were friendly. We were given our drinks which were tasty in disposal cups which was annoying as we were drinking in and other customers had proper cups.
