A regular at this cafe and always amazed at the options on the menu. I am usually truly spoilt for choice! The coffee is FULL of flavour and always piping hot. Just the way I like my hot drinks. Circles coffee if you want the same experience! The food... well if your eyes crave food porn, (your photos want a little bit of attention on your food Instagram page) and you also enjoy having your tongue and tastebuds tantalised by flavour and texture at the same time, then grab anyone of the number of dishes on the menu. My favourites are the breakfast bun, the smashed avo on toast with the homemade chilli jam, chorizo, and halloumi, or the smoothie bowl. Great value for money Great service Great flavour and the owner is dishy too

We had a lovely brunch at Burnt Honey on a rainy Mon recently. A table for two in their beautiful cafĆ© next to the window and near the cakes was the perfect setting! The staff were amazing, polite, happy and efficient and they delivered a tasty hearty brunch to us both. We sampled two different types coffee roasts as well, each made by their informative and very lovely barista (cappuccino's and cortado's are our favored styles of coffee with oat milk) both of which were very nice šŸ˜ Thanks to all at Burnt Honey for a very enjoyable experience and happy tummies!!!!

We are staying locally for a wedding and wanted some breakfast before the day began. We headed over to Burnt Honey because of the high rating. And wow, five stars isn’t a high enough rating! The service was warm and friendly from the moment we walked through the door. We were made to feel really welcome and the recommendations were spot on. We had French toast, big breakfast and the eggs and each were elite level. We have a lot of brunches and honestly this is the best we’ve had in Somerset. It’s a shame we aren’t local or we’d be here every week.

Those with Dietary requirements, watch out…..Drove 45 mins to visit here (and look around CC) after it was recommended by a friend…so expectations were high! We arrived, found a table and immediately felt at home. Cool interior, lovely staff and every table taken…so good buzz. We have various dietary requirements between us and I ordered a dairy free vegetarian breakfast. Everything is cooked to order so we had a wait…not a problem as it’s a lovely place. Whist waiting, two other tables had the wrong orders brought out…vegan breakfast with eggs on the plate and the other was a vegetarian breakfast with meat. My breakfast came out and once again was a vegetarian breakfast, dairy free with bacon?! I pointed out to the member of staff that there was bacon and was told…’yes, that’s the vegetarian breakfast’?! So, once we pointed out the mistake they said they’d cook a fresh breakfast and offered me a free drink or cake whilst I was waiting…a lovely gesture. I ordered a Oatmilk Decaf Mocha…waited approx 8 mins and was brought a Oatmilk Mocha. I sat and wondered if they’d made another mistake and went to the counter to check it was Decaf…it wasn’t. They made another decaf Mocha and it was lovely. When my breakfast came out the second time I tucked in and it was very nice…my only comment would be Ā£16 seemed quite expensive compared to the other things on the menu. Overall, really nice meal with my family, staff are super friendly and the decor etc is spot on. Perhaps they were having an off day? 4 mistakes in 1 hour is pretty bad…in this day and age with the deaths that have occurred due to diary etc, we were all surprised. If you have any serious allergies…be very careful eating here. Sorry for the war and peace, but I think it’s important to share experiences. With all this said…we will visit again…if they let us through the door after...
