Café Coco — Restaurant in England

I feel really sad writing this review came in this morning Saturday 2/09/23 first positives beautifully clean and nice looking little cafe ordered three breakfasts two had broken egg yokes on the fried eggs sausages sadly not cooked so not eatable also sadly not hot bacon very hard one breakfast came good 5 mins after the other two breakfasts young girl came and asked if it was ok we did tell her sadly it wasn't she said sorry and that it was difficult as she was training three new staff the young girls where very nice and polite but sadly until there trained maybe remove the full English Breakfast off the menu was no point asking to speak with the owners as obvious they were not there the bill was slightly reduced for us and apologies given such a shame as really nice clean cafe last point also we ordered tea for three people the pots were only half full yes when asked to fill them up they did it four really nice young girls hopefully once training is finished it will be great but just a suggestion the lovely young lady in charge did her best but maybe training three other young ladies on one day was...

My partner and I are regular customers, and I think her comment on visiting earlier today was apt. She said "its like having a warm hug". The atmosphere and wonderfully attentive staff make our visits such a joy. I can't fault Hannah and Rachael's dedication to running this jewel of a cafe, and they have recruited and trained a great team. I find the food excellent, well prepared and attractively presented. The prices are competitive and the portions are perfect! Please be patient on very busy days, the team work hard to prepare your meal as soon as they can. Whilst you wait, there are numerous games and puzzles to play...

Popped in today for a sandwich, staff were very nice and polite, unfortunately when I got home my bacon sausage and hash brown sandwich was minus the hash brown, so I had paid £5.30 for a bacon and sausage sandwich. Possibly the lady that served me didn’t hear hash brown ? I don’t know but I was pretty deflated.

Will go back as the sandwich itself was nice just lacking the hash...
