Castaways Wine Bar — Restaurant in England

We had our wedding reception at Castaways 3 days ago and wow…. What a wedding it was! We feel incredibly lucky to have had our wedding at such a special and beautiful place. The food was out of this world and all our guests loved the day with many of them stating it was the best wedding they had ever been to.

All the staff were amazing! They were friendly, professional and courteous. With Marc at the helm, they made our dream wedding become a reality.

Everyone commented on how yummy the food was and the setting of this place makes you feel like you’re not in the UK.

A successful surprise 60th! I really can’t thank Marc and his team enough for everything they did to make last night a memorable one for my mum.

The food was great, all came out together and on time, and was seamless - not always easy for 20+ people. So a huge thank you to the kitchen and FOH team.

Marc you’ve been absolutely brilliant. Thank you for taking the time to entertain the children, while also making sure everyone’s glass was filled and everyone had a wonderful time. It feels like you did the job of 3 people last night! I appreciate all of your help with planning this for the last few months and will definitely be back to castaways...

What a fabulous restaurant. Gorgeous inside, felt like I was in a cute Richard Curtis movie with the fairy lights. We had some delicious wine, the food was simply amazing! 3 of us ate, we shared starters and 3 mains and couldn't decide who had the best one. We were all glum when the last bite was eaten. Very good portion sizes, without overindulging. Initially we had the dogs (thank you so much for being the kind of business that welcomes us in!) but popped them in the car when I sensed a little friction with a terrier 😬.
