Bought the huge nann breads only for them to go mouldy before the best before date. Emailed the company. Told me there was an error with the packing process. Offered to send me some new ones. Nothing arrived. Emailed them they replied to say they didn't have my address, despite it being on the attached email they responded with. Left it a few weeks nothing came, contacted again and they responded 'it was posted out 6th December'. No other pleasantries. Not impressed. Faulty inedible products. Not the best customer...

I brought this matter to their attention 4 weeks ago and they have promised more than once to get back to me, and they would offer a replacement etc.
I know manufactured product can always go wrong, that is just life, but it was more the fact we have waited 4 weeks for a reply and still haven't got one.
Product normally very good but their terrible customer service lets them down.
Hopefully they will reply...
