We recently celebrated our wedding at this venue, and I honestly cannot put into words how incredible the entire experience was. From our first meeting with Ali, it was clear that we were in the hands of a true professional who genuinely cares about making each event unforgettable.

The venue itself is absolutely beautiful — elegant, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out. But what truly made the day exceptional was the way Ali and his team managed every detail with such dedication and care. The décor was stunning, the lighting was perfect, and every element came together seamlessly to create a warm, welcoming, and magical atmosphere.

There was an unexpected delay on the day with the stage and décor team arriving late, which could have easily caused stress or panic — but Ali handled it all with incredible composure. He stayed calm, reassured us, communicated clearly, and worked behind the scenes to make sure everything still came together on time. His professionalism and problem-solving under pressure were beyond impressive.

What really stood out was the kindness, patience, and work ethic that Ali and his team showed throughout the entire process. The waitstaff were courteous and attentive, making sure our guests were looked after at every moment. The entire event flowed so smoothly thanks to their coordination and effort.

Our families were equally blown away. They spoke so highly of Ali — not just because of the end result, but because of his energy, his humility, and how present and responsive he was in every moment leading up to and during the big day. You can tell he genuinely takes pride in his work and goes above and beyond to deliver excellence.

Venue is in the middle of an industrial estate which is off putting, but inside was fine from there it went down hill, My friend and myself stood and waited at the bar for half an hour to be served our first drink ,from a very poor section of drinks served by bar staff of which there was only 4 who didn't look old enough to be in there let alone behind a bar , people where 3/4 deep waiting to be served . The canapés where very nice and I advise you to eat them as the food took ages to arrive at the tables, which where served by staff who hadn't got a clue what they where doing again looking to young, wondering from table to table plonking every course in front of anyone rather then serving a table at a time, so some of the people on your table had to start to eat before the rest had been served hence some had finished before the others had been given theirs!! the starter was tasteless a tart of some thing and a cold lump of butternut squash on a bit of mozzarella, only to be followed by a very long wait for mains which was ok but nearly cold, chicken with roast veg and graten potato. When the deserts came after another long wait the 3 desserts a tiny very oily do-nut a chocolate torte which stuck to your teeth and roof of your mouth like glue (be careful it will weld your mouth shut ) and trifle thing in a shot glass with a broken up soggy ginger biscuit crumb on top of orange flavour jelly ! Again waiting to be served at the bar was a joke another half an hour so buy in bulk better then waiting.As for the entertainment well at least they got that right so all in all its a Never again from my...

We cannot thank the team enough for making our wedding day truly perfect, especially Ali, who was absolutely incredible from start to finish. From the moment we booked the venue over a year ago, every question we had was answered quickly and with so much patience. Ali’s guidance and support throughout the entire process really helped put us at ease as a couple, making the planning stress-free and enjoyable.

On the day itself, Ali took complete control, coordinating with all the vendors and making sure every detail was exactly as we envisioned. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing, which meant we could simply enjoy the day. When we had a few unexpected extra guests, Ali was more than happy to set up another table without hesitation – it was handled seamlessly.

Walking into the venue was like stepping into our dream. Everything looked exactly how we imagined, and our guests were left in absolute awe. We’ve had so many compliments on how beautiful the setting was. The whole experience was smooth, stress-free, and filled with wonderful memories.
