When I ask for a fresh salad sandwich and want certain items putting on said sandwich, I don't expect a member of staff to ask me to pass them a soggy sandwich from the fridge with only lettuce tomatoe & ham on. The staff are always friendly in here, so you can have a nice chat with them without feeling rushed. I will say they get really busy and often sell out of things so get in early if you want...
