Honestly the worst coffee shop in Swindon, never been giving my toast after waiting one hour, today during my visit as usual to costa swindon Greenbridge, I ordered my coffee and waiting in queue following the signs and instructions market But due to disability I was leaning on the side bar Lady at the till shouted at me telling me that I must stand exactly on the marking facing the till So I replied back why you speaking to me in this manner, makes no difference exactly on the market sign or here Due to another customer in the queue ahead of me I couldn't go any further She then threatened me to have me removed from the store if I didn't listing Her name is ADA, what a rude lady, I been going and using costa anywhere I travel I am from Hampshire, I travel to swindon every week, used this costa for the last 2 years no fail
Familiar with all staff, even this person above, I think she is the manager, but unpleasant and unprofessional Manager, wonder why the toilets are so dirty, for Food and Beverage establishment Due to regulations and F&H it should be closed, until they maintain all hygiene cleanness

Today again 18/06/22 receipt number 44951 I asked for toast and flat white, but toast well done well toasted, the girl is called Lilly, she was very Rude, brought me my toast, not well done as a matter of facts barely toasted not how I asked for,

Read moreCosta Coffee Greenbridge Retail Park. This place has the worst customer service ever. Myself and a friend got in about 6:45 pm on 29.04.2019 and ordered a medium latte for myself. The lady behind the counter neither had a smile on her face nor seemed happy to serve us. This was evident from her body language while preparing the drink for me, because no one slams the glass on the barista counter before adding the milk. We felt extremely unwelcome and she didn't look like she wanted to be there either. At about 7:45 pm she started winding up her shift in the noisiest manner I've known, slamming the mugs and cups into each other while arranging them on the tray above the barista machine. It was now 8:05 pm, she yelled out from the service counter "shop's closing" in the most disrespectful tone.
Management/business owner please teach your staff to show some respect towards customers they serve. We chose to come to your cafe after a tiring day to relax for a while and unwind, not to put up with tantrums from seemingly unhappy staff. You need to intervene right now and fix the problems at this place urgently.

One girl trying to cope alone, not really her fault. No Salted Caramel Sauce for frostino, so changed to Strawberries and Cream with Coconut Milk. Order taken and then no Coconut Milk available.
