Costa Coffee — Restaurant in England

I love this costa, so nice to sit and enjoy time, I really like and appreciate Jordan as he has started to recognise us coming in and makes sure my drink is made with soya milk, he absolutely gets that if an accident is made it makes me quite poorly. And never makes a fuss about it. He literally works so hard, he can be serving one minute, clearing tables the next and cleaning surfaces and work stations, he really is a credit to the team. The world needs...

The staff were pleasant, but the food was awful. I had a cheese and ham toastie. It was really tough, so when I bit through it the ham shot out and flicked greasy cheese at me.

It had pointless black lines as if to give the impression it was done nicely and then untoasted budget bread on the other side.

I've had better quality from the fridge in a Pound shop!!!

Lovely coffee shop most of staff are lovely except for a few of staff members especially lady with short blonde hair very rude needs to learn some customer skills, sorry but if paying nearly 4-5 pounds per coffee i expect it to be made correctly there is one girl there that makes the coffees and other drinks perfect and some others don't...
