I’m a regular visitor as it’s near my place of work…but it’s a roulette as to whether I receive what I ordered! About half the time I get something completely different, even if I try and confirm what’s in the takeaway cup… The drive-thru is often closed which leaves a long queue inside. The staff are usually lovely and are obviously doing their best, but it’s evident they’re chronically understaffed - long wait times with staff doing everything they can to keep up with orders, dirty premises and washing up stacking up. Writing this in the hope that Costa management will try and recruit more staff to bring the service up to where you’d expect it. Maybe this site is busier than they thought...

The drive thru is shut more than it's open lately, they run out of certain foods very quickly, a few weeks ago we turned up and it was cash only (only had card) and today we turned up to see it was "closed today" without any explanation. So frustrating, the owners can't seem to get their act together and this is bound to put people off from going as they can't rely on it. After a bottle of milk was dropped and then picked back up off the floor and proceeded to use the same bottle of milk in a customer before us drink. Hot chocolate was cold. Have already run our of sprinkles for the maple Hazel drinks. Seemed very unhappy to help and very understaffed during lunch...
