Costa Coffee — Restaurant in England

Bought 2 fully loaded hot chocolate for takeout. When started drinking them they tasted like dish water. On looking inside there was no chocolate in the drink just milky dish water plus only 1 marshmallow. Went back to store and told member of staff who shrugged her shoulders. No offer of replacing them or anything so ended up buying another 2 as the other person with me is autistic so arguing would set him off. I asked could they make sure there chocolate in the drinks and 3 marshmallows. Yes this time we got three marshmallows and drinks were slightly better. I noticed that they only put 2 scoops of chocolate in the jug so no wonder they don’t taste well as 2 scoops of chocolate to 900ml of milk is very weak....

The nation's favorite coffee shop - I've been to many Costas accross the country when traveling but this Costa is my favorite by far. There is just something unique about the location but equally the staff always appear happy. Even when I've visited during busy periods the pressure never seems to effect the staff they all seem to enjoy their jobs and it makes a difference as a customer when the person serving/cleaning or making your coffee does so whilst smiling. - a positive place to sup coffee and remenise over good times. I've recently moved to the area, so I plan to be visiting...

Not a pleasant visit ! Tea for two . Cups not cleaned properly.Weused our own wet wipes . When I asked to use the toilet, he informed me to use the bottom of my receipt to unlock the door.I told him he did not give me a receipt , so he walked away. When he came back i agaain asked for a key , to which he repeated his story about the bottom of my reicept .then I made him understand he had not given me my receipt !!
