Costa Coffee — Restaurant in England

Not happy today. Usually this is a lovely place for a coffee break. But felt let down by the like warm coffee out of the coffee vending machine. The staff were walking around looking as miserable as sin. An older lady asked if she could purchase a cup of tea from the side where Dunelm is. With a sigh Yes was the answer. Then a second lady was called to deal with her. We use this rest area at least 3 times a year and today we had guests with us who were not impressed with the centre at all. Such a pity as we actually come from Wales to shop knowing we have a centre near us ( St Mellon's). Visited today lovely coffee after being sat at our table for couple of mins a very long queue formed people started to come up to us to ask if they could share our table complete chaos .when we went to leave couldn't get out due to people in queue not moving to let us out staff not helpful and not controlling queue or customers wondering around pesturing customers at tables .noticed 2 coaches in car park obviously that was the cause of chaos. Well what can I say thought we would pop in for a latte and a hot chocolate and the staff can't even get that right. but I had the last laugh as I wasn't given my recipe I didn't know how much my drinks and cakes and flasks were I looked on line and found that I was under charged by around £10-15 that made up for serving me a gingerbread latte which was discussing so I won't be popping in for a while as they need to get there staff trained in how to...
