Costa Coffee — Restaurant in England

Visited the store to get a coffee on the 30th Nov 2020. As it has a carpark and signs saying 3 hours free parking, imagine my horror to get a parking fine for £60 ,from ukpc who run the carpark quoting the owners of the property have said there is restricted access and your not allowed in between 10pm and 8am!! Costa opened at 7am SO beware !!! I called the store and costa head office ( head office said its not there problem basically) I was in the carpark 10 minutes , and that is why you need to know about how dangerous this is... pop in for a £3 coffee and if you take your car it could COSTA fortune. You pass a ANPR at the entrance to the carpark so i suggest leave your coffee until after 8am or face this...

This is the newest Costa Coffee in Chippenham, just off the A350 and A4, on the edge of Chippenham near to Sainsbury's, McDonald's and next door KFC. Good parking area, there's also a drive thru (if you're in a hurry or don't want to leave your vehicle). I'd recommend sitting in, as the staff are very pleasant, there is quite a lot of seating inside and outside, plus it's either warm or cool, depending on the time of year! As with every Costa, there's quite a choice of drinks, savouries and cakes/ pastries, plus seasonal options for the drinks! I marked 4 stars for atmosphere, as it's not exactly cosy, but that's what you get with the...

Very poor !! I get a Costa coffee most days all over the West Country, very friendly staff in Longwell Green 10 out of 10 . WSM 10 out of 10 . On and on I could go, but Chippenham Costa a very big 0 out of 10 , Soon as I walked in the staff are to happy chatting to there selfs I was I only one in there they got my older wrong and when I asked who was in charge no one would tell me ? Can’t even use the toilets . Some one needs a chat with the staff as didn’t get changed for one of my coffees lol .Don’t think I will be going back even if they are giving the coffee away again . ☕️👎 ( Longwell Green for me tomorrow...
