Costa Coffee — Restaurant in England

My experience was ok in general, the lady working behind the till was clearly very experienced and made beautiful coffee with nice foam for a customer in front of me. For some reason the gentleman who made my coffee decided to pour the milk by holding the jug so high above the cup that all the foam was very bubbly and didn’t look nice, also he overheated the milk. Never seen any barista make coffee like that.

Worst Costa experience ever. I really feel sorry for the 2 staff working there, they’re either over worked or inexperienced. When our drinks were ready the gentleman called out ‘the old man and young man’. Not very flattering for my dad! Asked for a brownie and a muffin and was served 2 muffins. Had to wait in line for about 5 minutes to get them to correct it because the ladies in front had been charged for an extra drink. Can’t say I was impressed with the quality of the drinks either.
