A hidden gem in Marlow Bottom. Went here on a Saturday late lunch after calling in advance to make a reservation. Every dish we had, from the insalata caprina to the stake and deserts, were great. I saw the good reviews but I wasn't expecting food this good. Wife wanted to order the "goat cheese salad" and I shook my head, but I ordered anyway. What a surprise that was! The combination of the slightly fried soft goat cheese, the zucchini and the seasoning was just wow! Has to be tasted to believe :)

The pasta and the gnocchi were cooked perfectly, as one would expect from an Italian restaurant, and the flavours were truly remarkable. My daughter who has the stake said was one of the best she ever tasted.

The serving staff couldn't have been more attentive, always asking if we need an extra this or that, and paying attention to the little details.

It truly felt like we were back in Italy, eating at one of those little hidden local eateries, where you only find locals who wonder how did these tourists ended up at their favourite spot :)

Can't wait to go back and try the...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We visited this place on Thursday evening(18th September) , a group of 6 people and we felt amazing The pizza and calzone at Da Luca Restaurant was outstanding! . The crust came out perfectly baked — crisp on the outside but soft and airy inside, just the way it should be. The cheese melted beautifully, and the toppings were fresh, flavorful, and generously added. You can really tell the oven brings out that authentic taste.

Everything felt light, balanced, and open in flavor — not heavy or greasy like some places. Each slice was satisfying without being overwhelming. Pizza and calzone pizza been definitely made by a very good pizza chef!

On top of that, the place has a nice, welcoming vibe and the service was friendly and quick. If you love pizza that's made by experts, that's right done in the oven, and tasty authentic Italian food, from Italian cuisine, Da Luca Restaurant definitely...

Booked clearly for 3 people at 5pm on that day . There are only 3 people in my family . Drove 50 miles to get to this restaurant!!!..

The waiter informed me that I had booked for 2 !!!! (Ididnt ) .

How 3 sounds like 2 is beyond me . They couldn't accommodate my Daughter , which equals 3 people myself and wife .

But the waiter insisted I said 2 !!! .... real real shame to be honest , it's embarasing with other dinners watching on . To a balls up made by them. An apology might have gone a tiny way... but hey , didn't get it just a blank look and something about 6 people come g in 15 mins . Obviously 6 people were going to spend more than our 3 ( or should it be 2 )

!! There's loads of Italian restaurant's nearby ; so we went to Marlow and spent our 100 quid there... plus TIP .

Won't be putting myself through that joke again .... that's why small businesses fail .

Will ( north...

We took my mum here for her birthday and so there were six people, three courses and it came to £220. It was a little more than we were expecting but we had absolutely no complaints about the food or service. The mushroom starter is lovely and the panna cotta the best I have ever tasted. Everyone was really happy with the food and the staff friendliness really added to it. There’s a crazy meat pizza that comes with chips on top, but the two people that had that seemed to enjoy it. The bill is broken down into items, but not named, was confusing to check if we’d been over charged and would be if people were only paying for what they had.

My God, this has to be the best Italian we have ever had outside of Italy! We went there because we were staying nearby on a rainy and cold night. We went on a whim and loved it so much that we plan to go there for dinner whenever we can, despite the fact that it is a solid hour+ drive from our home in London. Everything, including the pasta, pizza, parmigiana di melanzane, and wine, was recommended by the owner (who appears to be a family business), and it could not have been better. I am salivating as I write this review, and I cannot wait to return!
