If I could give 0 stars I really would. After a very long day at the hospital we stop off for a much needed coffee break on the way home. All we wanted were 2 cups of coffee with milk and a hot chocolate. Simple right? By the time he said that somebody else pulled up at that point but that is it. Please explain to me how somebody in that industry does not have time to put milk into coffee!?!? I for one am baffled! Never heard such an excuse and his manner was disgusting like we were a burden for being there! Will never take my custom there ever again. Greasy...
