placed order at 17:45 for collections at 7 pm. Arrived to collect it at 7 just to know that it would take another 30 min to get ready, no sorry, no genuine reason given for delay. It's obvious from the face of one junior staff member checked the order list in the system that they missed the order from top of the list; then the senior came to the counter with most annoying attitude and tone “ it will take another 26 min, bcos we are busy okeey “ Epitome of pathetic customer care

After the incident I emailed the domino’s Customer service about it and received a reply on the same day . Apologised for the inconvenience caused and confirmed that a staff member will ring me in few days . The manager of the outlet rang me after 3 days and discussed the complaint, he sincerely apologised about the inconvenience and bad experience caused to us and confirmed that he will take necessary steps to address this , with more intense customer service training to that staff member. I was the only person at the desk. When I eventually asked if someone was going to serve me....two nearer members of staff just ignored me and walked past. The place was run by kids. Even when I got served, the young girl was distracted by other staffs comments. Pizza was good, service was disgraceful. Delivery driver said he would be back with the item and never reappeared so just lied- tried to ring the store but no one answered. Filled out the customer service form and someone replied saying they would issue a refund which has still not appeared 2 weeks later. Chased up customer services again who just says it’s been processed. Checked with my bank who say nothing is pending. Clearly customer services lie just as much as the store staff do! Stay far away.
