Domino's Pizza - Flitwick — Restaurant in England

The delivery driver urinated outside my house and I hadn’t even ordered. He was dropping 3 doors down and blocked my disabled access and when I told home he waved me off. I went to put some shoes on to have a polite conversation about his gestures and I discovered him urinating at the end of my garden, he quickly got in the car and drove off as o approached. I told the branch and they denied it (I have a ring door bell.) they also then sent me some horrendously worded emails from “head office” asking to check all evidence I had of this in some last ditch attempt to find flaw in my statements. Alas it has come to them refusing an apology and therefore forcing my hand to have to escalate this to the correct people as urinating outside of a disabled persons house after blocking their access may seem like a skit from a comedy show but there was no humour here and his actions have disgusted the community and the way the branch handled the complaint was like bratty children getting caught being wrong, hanging up the phone time and time again rather than deal with appalling staff....

Shocking service, food, everytime I order for delivery the quality, is poor standard. How they think it’s acceptable to smother burger sauce that you can’t see the toppings on the pizza! is not good brand standard I don’t know. Got a meal deal voucher as complained yet again, went in store and around 12 staff just stared at me, I stood there even though I asked to be served for 10 minutes while some where having a conversation between themselves and was flabbergasted. the two males and female doing the dough were each wiping the nose, touching the hair and then the dough. finally a young female with blonde asked if I have been served. She got the manager as the till wasn’t working, Donul? I believe his name is spelt and no acknowledgement, no sorry for the wait, A further 10 minutes. So 20 minutes and still haven’t even ordered a pizza. I asked for ham and pineapple without mushrooms, and other half pepperoni, and strippers combo. Came home as my toddler needed a toilet by then. Mushrooms on the pizza, not Italian base and rock hard chicken....

If you plan on getting extra tomato sauce given how stingey they are then don’t bother. On multiple occasions I’ve attempted to get extra, it’s accepted but nothing was put on (extra wise) its ridiculous plus even after calling them and speaking to someone who directly stated they’d watch over it being made to make sure it had extra on? Still nothing to what we requested.

On top of that cross contamination is another thing, it’s not every time but on a wide variety of occasions I’ve found mainly onion or mushroom pieces either within the box or on the pizza despite not ordering any of those ingredients.

I’ve tried to be fair and not bat an eye lid at these for a while now as I enjoy dominoes but I’m sick of being messed about as a loyal customer to this specific pizza place. It’s getting to the point that I’m now buying when no other places are open compared to buying because I...
