Domino's Pizza - Ingleby Barwick — Restaurant in England

No stars !! But had to chose one star to allow to post . I have asked countless times for an area manager to contact me but still no one has had the decency to do so. Back in MAY a delivery driver backed into my front garden wall damaging it so much it had to be taken down to make safe. The store manager apologised and said she would at my request ask the area manager ( who was on a team building exercise in Las Vegas at the time if I recall ) to contact me. It took approximately 2 months ( could be less ) after endless phone calls to the store chasing things up to find out that the DRIVERS insurance would be used to pay for the repair of the wall NOTHING FROM DOMINOS ! I’m absolutely disgusted at how they have passed the buck and have ignored my request to speak to somebody above store level about my grievance and stress that this caused . I never even ordered the pizza , it was delivered to my neighbour ! For a global company this is totally shocking. Cowardly and irresponsible are just 2 words that...

Made an order through the app, half an hour later order tracking became unavailable. Called the store and was told order had been cancelled as they don't deliver to my area? Despite them never having an issue before. There was no effort to contact me to inform me of this so had been sat waiting with no idea. Told refund will take several days. The poor lad who answered the phone was very apologetic, clearly the store is poorly managed as can be seen by other reviews. Overall awful experience and not the service I'm used to from other dominos branches.

Update: Called this branch again a week later to chase the refund, spoke to a nice girl who informed me the refund hadn't even been requested. She also told me they do in fact deliver to my address, so I suppose they just couldn't be bothered the day I ordered?...

I’ve ordered from here many times before and had fabulous pizza, however Friday I ordered a large chicken feast with additional toppings. When the pizza came there was hardly any topping on at all. It was basically tomato bread! I couldn’t get through to the store so dealt with dominoes directly who when I sent them the picture of the pizza that we had about two slices from and binned then opted for cereal as a tastier alternative! Gave me a measly offer of a small pizza by way of compensation! No dominoes I should have had a refund or a replacement of what I ordered! Seriously need to sort your customer service out for such a large company. Especially “Annie” from customer service who really didn’t give two hoots about...
