Domino's Pizza - Tidworth — Restaurant in England

Really disappointed. Waited over an hour for my pizza and ordered a create your own, already really expensive but I'd had a rubbish day and just didn't want to cook. Not only did I wait an hour for the pizza but when it turned up it was completely the wrong one, they'd given me Hawaiian pizza but with no meat which isn't remotely close to what I ordered. I phoned in to ask about it and was given the manager to speak to. They couldn't understand a word I was saying but when we managed to communicate the problem I was told, they were too busy to give me the correct pizza that evening and they'd give my the right one tomorrow. I said to them sorry but no I've already waited an hour I'd like a refund and they said ok AND HUNG UP ON ME! I called back and just clarified that I would be getting the refund and they told me that yes I would. That was Friday night and still no refund, so I will be taking this higher. Never ordering a dominos again, not worth...

Overpriced, extra greasy and cold.

Prices are ridiculously high even with the so called 'deal'.

The delivery took longer than quoted (45 minutes I could have walked there and back - TWICE!) which resulted in a cold pizza for the £2.50 delivery charge. (When did they start charging for delivery?!)

To top it off they introduced a 'you can also tip your driver' for your overpriced, greasy, cold pizza.

So let me get this right after paying delivery charge you also want me to tip the guy who delivered my food in is fur ridden car? (Not a joke, there was white fur all over his boot which he brought my pizza out of - it was in a bag meant to keep it warm - but still, gross).

Ordered for family members birthday, won't make that mistake...

50/50 if you even get your order delivery or take away. If delivery be prepared to wait an hour and a half. Usually cold or near cold on arrival. Last order I tried collection, app said ready for collection, went to store no record of name, number or order. Was a ghost town in there cant imagine there was much to lose my order in. Never again, gave this branch one too many chances. To add called them quoted all information, was advised to wait 5-10 minutes to reattempt collection. Requested refund but lucky to see that.

4 years on still maintains the same level of standards. At least they are consistent. If they offer a refund for failing to deliver be ready to raise a chargeback will tell you 2-3 days but they won't...
