Domino's Pizza - Upton and Hamworthy — Restaurant in England

we order from dominos pretty often, and they are always on time. however today was ridiculous. we ordered one large pizza and a side, and once it started to be delivered we tracked the pizza on the in app tracker. the driver ended up heading all the way to sturminster marshall. bear in mind, we are only in lytchett minster so this was ridiculous, we perhaps thought that maybe they had to deliver another pizza so we did not think anything of it. another 10 minutes go by and the driver hadn’t moved on the tracker, so we call up the store and the phone was put down on us almost immediately. eventually the driver blew up my phone, leaving 15 missed calls. once they picked up the phone, i explained where we were and where told it would only be 2 minutes and that we must wait outside. eventually the pizza turns up after 20 minutes. the driver was incredibly rude to both of us and tried to blame the issue on how i imputed the address. i can guarantee that the address was correct as we order from here often. on top of this, the food was lukewarm and both my partner and i where left incredibly...

The pizza is fine, however, for a huge, special, first time ever birthday treat my son was able to have a gluten free pizza delivered. It is pretty much double the price of a normal pizza with the same toppings. Gluten free flour is not that much more expensive. In the first phone call we made the man told me we could have a deal with the over-priced gluten free pizza, garlic bread and a large soft drink for £19.99. I told the woman this when we rang back, having got more money out to pay for the over-priced gluten free pizza. We were sent a small bottle of coke. If it wasn't that it was his birthday and he hadn't been clutching the flyer for days because he could have pizza delivered that he could eat we would never have paid this much for a 7 in pizza. Absolutely appalling service this evening...customers expected to wait outside which was fine, as the rule of 1 applies inside...however, 2 young girls entered, ordered then decided not to leave...meaning no one else could enter. Staff did not ask them to wait outside either... My order was 25 minutes late with no excuse and very little by way of apology...it was utter bedlam and chaos behind the counter with staff bickering - loudly enough to be heard out front, missed orders, and orders not being boxed correctly. Got home and pizzas were near enough cold so had obviously be sat waiting for some time before they gave it to me. Really not happy on...
