Absolutely fantastic site . Brilliant greeting on arrival , owners extremely friendly & helpful . Toilets lovely & clean . The shower rooms outstanding ! Very quiet & peaceful site . The views were beautiful. Definitely 10/10 Frank the owner very helpful on arrival & during our stay . We had good chats with him he is a proper lovely gentleman. The whole family made us feel very welcome & were all lovely . Thank you for a wonderful weekend. Only came home 1 day early because of our great Cumbrian weather ! (Those that know .... know) ! Will definitely be back...

An oasis of calm, good food, lovely people & views in an increasingly mad world ! Nursery with good selection of healthy plants. Outdoor seating areas. Dog friendly. Walks (please be considerate to the anglers & wildlife). Family run business. The marquee in the photo was the serving area during the COVID19 pandemic ~ well done to the owners for weathering the storm! Open 🐣...

Nice fishery and not too deep so a floating line is all that’s needed, the wind at this fishery plays a big part as the fish here tend to follow it and shoal up, makes for a better day when there is not much wind or it’s blowing in various directions as then everyone has a chance, otherwise one rod can bag up while the rest...
