Fresh Food Cafe — Restaurant in England

AVOID!!!! Without a doubt the worst breakfast I've had in a services!! Ordered 2 full English with toast, firstly only got charged for 1 full English and 2 cans. So then paid for the second separately, not a problem. Order came, when I asked where the toast was, she "forgot to order the toast, it wasn't even busy, she didn't seem to know what she was doing. So sat down to eat our food, beans were luke warm, egg was so covered in cooking oil it was inedible! Bacon was smoked bacon, I didn't notice if it was advertised as smoked bacon on the board, but I really dislike smoked bacon so was not able to eat it and gave it my daughter. The only saving grace was the sausages, they were nice. Was also a bit concerned to see that one of the people preparing the food had either fake nails or acrylics, blue with a white tip. Absolutely disgraceful place. Asked if a salad was Gluten and dairy free and was told they have no idea even though they were standing below as sign saying please ask about allergies. Was told the chef didn’t know and there was no manager. Then asked if they had Jacket potatoes ready and was told yes so ordered. 5 min later was told they would be 30 min as not ready. Fresh? I think not. I ordered the Breakfast Brunch. The chips and egg were fresh enough but the sausage, bacon, mushroom and beans had obviously been kept warm for many hours, if not days. The sausage had formed a hard shell which made it uneatable. The bacon was like a piece of cardboard. The beans had been stewing for so long they were starting to break down into a mush. These are cheap ingredients - throw them away...
