Dining out should be a pleasant experience, but unfortunately, this establishment fell short in major ways I was really looking forward to coming based on all the reviews. I can only assume that something was wrong ie staff shortages this day. We experienced excessive wait times for both seating and food delivery. We waited a lengthy time to be seated, however this was our choice and was loosely informed of the wait time. This initial delay would have been more than acceptable if the pace had improved once seated. However, another significant waiting period occurred before orders were food arrived. Waiting over an hour for meals, especially after the initial wait, was unacceptable we arrived there at 13:10 and left at 15:30. There was loads more I could nit pick at but as for first experience this was enough to prevent me from going back in a hurry. However the view from the outside area is lush it would of been more enjoyable with a sun parasols 😩⏳🍽️👎 Views, Wait, Food, Staff, Time, Experience, Parasols #Restaurant #Review #Dining #Foodie...

Lovely little place to eat. Took my girls for an afternoon tea. Arrived and told there would be a wait of around 20-25 minutes...not bad...even better when we were sat 10 minutes later! Bonus! I ordered an afternoon tea for myself and wanted 2 little glebe lunches, yes it states for 12 and under, however, I have a very fussy 17yo and was told very rudely by our waitress that no she can't have it, we are very strict on our policy and there is no movement or leeway. Fair enough, but when informing her that my 17yo is fussy again she said no we are very strict, no sorry or apology given. I get there is an age limit, but working in hospitality myself, I know there can be some discretion given. The lady was rude, dismissive and just felt like she didn't want to be there. And this came across in the way we were spoken to. I would visit again as the food was fresh and delicious. You can see the care and love within the food served. Well done to the kitchen team. Younger servers were helpful and smiley so this helped the...

Having had previous good experiences here before, I was looking forward to breakfast this morning. It was only once we had been seated we were advised that there were no sausages (most breakfast items on the menu include sausage). No bother, not the end of the world so settled for a breakfast bap and asked, taking into account there would be no sausage and expected to pay the same price I politely requested mushrooms as a replacement. Wow, what total game changer. Staff became passively rude and through gritted teeth we were presented with our food....minus drinks which we had still not received. I reluctantly paid and again could feel our presence was not welcome (I assume because of small request of mushrooms). The food is overpriced however I am happy to pay the extra for a pleasant environment and customer experience both of which were severely lacking on this occasion. For this reason I will not...

We visited Glebe Farm Tea Room on 27/06/2025 at around 1pm, it was a completely spontaneous visit after googling places to eat in Kettering while visiting the area and we're so glad we found it! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with smiles and friendly, polite staff, despite the tea room being quite busy. We asked if we could sit outside with a view overlooking the farmers' fields, and it was absolutely lovely. The food we ordered was amazing (see photos!), and even though it was busy, we only waited about 20 minutes. Everything was fresh and delicious. We highly recommend a visit , a great hidden gem with beautiful views and fantastic service.
