Greggs — Restaurant in England

The lady who served my coffee turned around whilst I was asking her if I could have some sugar for my coffee. Then she has been talking with her mate for more than a minute before bothering herself in looking at me again. When she finally did I asked whether I could have 6 packets of sugar, then she gave me 2, making me ask again if I could have 4 more. Then she grabbed a handful of sugar packets and threw them on the counter with a look of annoyance I've not seen since I was at school. I got my sugar and left the rest on the counter. McDonald's it's next door, they always ask you how many sugars do you want before turning their back on you and they always give it to you with a smile...

Sunday 17th March 1130am, the female staff member who appeared to be in charge, or in charge of the ovens at least, has a disgraceful attitude, I simply asked if there were any sausage and bean melts ready and she responded with bad attitude “well if they’re not on sale we haven’t got them” was the response.

No need whatsoever! A simple no would have done!

The two lads weren’t much better, approached the till and the manner was just wrong but at least I got a thank you after he served me and realised that I clearly wasn’t happy!

Always a problem when you leave kids in charge of a store, no customer service skills or personality whatsoever, more interested in what was going on the...

Wrong order 3 and a half times!........ It’s bank holiday Monday and I am on my way to work. I call at Lymm services for a Greggs; a bacon roll and Latte. Everyone in the cue is on holiday.
