Greggs — Restaurant in England

Popped in this morning to pick up a sausage roll from the O2 Priority offer. Queued for just under 10 minutes, however when I got to the front was told I couldn’t use the O2 offer as the app was down. Pointed out I’d literally just got a QR code on it and the app was fully active in my hand. Instead of checking whether it was working, I was simply told ‘either pay for it or leave it’. Has to be the best Greggs around!! The staff here are so helpful and nothing is too much for them. On two different occasions now, my kids have been a little unruly shall we say, and the staff have gone out of there way to help me carry our food/drinks, get seated and entertained the kids to help me out. I asked for a small cup so I could pour some hot chocolate out for my little one and allow it to cool; they went one step further and made a small one for him just at the right temperature!! Good place for a coffee and or snack, both hot ans cold. Prices reasonable for a service station. Nice area to sit down and enjoy. Today came in at 11.50am for a coffee from Costa and a Steak slice. Unfortunately the steak slice was virtually stone cold and not enjoyable. So much for having an early lunch!!...
