Greggs — Restaurant in England

All the greggs i visited, up & down the country,have been great,except this one! I'm on crutches,so it's not easy to carry items,coffees, etc.They don't offer any help,and when you do ask for a bag or a cup holder it's a real problem.When I buy in bulk this is the only greggs that charges me for paper bags! 15p! The only one I have to put my coffee into cup holders and i live in hope another customer is nice enough to open a door for me! I've had to come here twice lately and really will avoid this one and go out of my way to go to another...

VERY RUDE STAFF , CAME TO PICK UP FOOD FOR A CUSTOMER , ASKED THE LADY IF IT WAS READY SHE WENT AT THE BACK TO CHECK AND CAME BACK OUT AND STARTED SERVING THE OTHER CUSTOMER!!!!! RUDE!!!! , DINT EVEN INFORM ME IF IT WAS GETTING DONE OR NOT OR HOW LONG IT WILL BE , WAITIED FOR THE OVER OVER 20 MIN WHILE OTHER DRIVERES CAME AFTER ME GOT SERVED AND PICKED THIER ORDER UP , AND WHEN ASKED AFTER 20 MIN , SHE REPLIED WE ARE TRYING OUR BEST...

Well rule Saturday off I waited for 20mins for a bacon butty! I do NOT agree with this Uber eats or Deliveroo drivers pulling up and pushing demanding their collections whilst we wait in the queue second to them. One more thing Sandwiches run out of stock too quick come lunchtime this could be down too staff shortages is my assumption as the staff are always seen very busy....
