Subway — Restaurant in England

Ordered through Just Eat. Waited 2 hours for food to start being made. After 2 hours of it being stuck in the app I had no choice but to cancel the order and call Subway Supervisor advised I would get a refund through Just Eat in a few days as no drivers were available. Waited a few days and got charged the money with a txt saying no refunds. Messaged Just Eat who didn't care and cut me off saying nothing they could do even though it's their fault. Called Subway who advised they can't give me the food or a refund as Just Eat has been refunded. So where has this money magically gone. No food, no refund, never using...

Just bought some subs, ask for one as bread only (son likes to put his own filling in at home), to be told by one member of staff ”it’s Illegal”!!! We challenged him and he back track, saying they could not sell the bread on its own, then promptly proceeded to charge us for it as a cheese toastie instead at £2.40. We told him to remove it from our order as that was a ridiculous price for some bread. We have been using this store for years but now might consider going elsewhere! Customer service training...

As subways go the few times I've been here I've not been disappointed by the food.
