Pathetic service. Bad staff behaviour and both the staff members were very rude. They don’t even bother to check if the food is hot. They don’t know which syrup flavours are available to add to the coffee. The standard response to most questions was, “this is a franchise, call head office if you want anything.” Really never going back to this...
