I donât usually do reviews but I canât believe the service I received today from Starbucks. I went in and ordered 1 Frappuccino. I waited and as I was waiting I saw people coming and going, I left it for a bit before I said anything because I know they were relatively busy (ish). 15 minutes had gone past and I was just stood there still waiting. I asked rahim nicely âIâve been here for a little while now and havenât received my drink, Iâve got to be somewhere and canât wait much longerâ he then nodded his head and started making 3 of what looked like my drink with another staff member, I waited more and more just for him to call out everyone else who had arrived after me and left before me, even after mentioning my drink. He then came back over and said âwhat was it you wanted?â I just had to get a refund after wasting half an hour of my time waiting for a drink that never came, he then got the wrong price on the refund and I had to let them know thatâs not what I paid. My boyfriend went in after I went back to the car quite flat and upset with the whole situation. He came out 15 minutes later with a completely incorrect drink even though he ordered it very correct as what they gave him (what was on the label) was more of a complicated order than he would even know, he never visits Starbucks. We been there twice so far but never again. First time when I went with my daughter, staff completely ignored us. We stood there waiting more than 20-25 minutes.Staff member were busy laughing together and felt like they were having jokes about us as kept looking at us. No one else was waiting to order apart from us but none of them come to the counter and asked for our order. Finally one came took our order, took their own time again to serving us and that too wrong order. Today my daughter went on her own and same thing happened to her. If your staff doesnât have any customer service skills and not ready to improve then you definitely need to look for new staff.    Read moreHorrible experience both times I've been. The first time I went, they smashed my breakfast sandwich in the bag. It was literally all smashed and mushed up. The sauce and cheese was smeared everywhere and the bun was detached from the sandwhich and smushed up. The second time we ordered from Deliveroo. They called us a few mins after accepting our ordered and informed us that they sold out of their Beyond Meat sandwiches and asked if we wanted something else. My wife asked them to cancel the order. 10 mins later, half of our order arrived. We also ordered coffees with our beyond meat sandwiches.
