Greggs — Restaurant in England

Won't in for lunch 2 days ago, The man working behind the desk was speaking to the person behind me, he came round the counter and they were having a giggle and started chatting, I then told him my order and they continued to act unprofessional and talk over me, Then the guys just grabbed the slice of pizza and the bake and handed it to me clearly summarising be didn't care, he then continued to chat amongst this other person after handing me the food and paying, I then tried the food and oh... it was absolutely stone cold, I asked if they could reheat it and of course they couldn't, Won't...

By far the worst Greggs we've been to, sorry to say that but the staff are unprofessional, talking about their sexual experiences while people are waiting for food... There's barely anything ever there, so you end up waiting for food... and if I'm honest the quality of Greggs has gone south, my bake was pretty much just...

Brought a chicken and steak bake. At 8am but it was stone cold. Popped back in to see if they could heat it up but was told that they couldn't. Poor customer service, could have been informed that bakes were cold before making my purchase. won't be visiting this...
