Greggs — Restaurant in England

Thats is the most outrageous and most ignorant greggs ive ever seen im whole of north east. The employee wont even make eye contact or any kind of gesture to make contact with the Coustomers they just busy with there own thing. yes i understand they are buys but they should get ready for that kind of busy they are alwys busy they should be ready for anything. Most of the they are not having communication with there colleagues they are just tooo ignorant having communication while working make there work more easier most of them dont understand that.

It’s a shame I couldn’t give 0 stars Over 15 minutes to be served for breakfast. To then get to the front and be told no sausage or egg, 2 out of 3 breakfast items. Does nobody think to communicate this with the people in the queue? Then when we get the sandwich, it has tomato sauce on which we did not ask for and was stone cold. To add to the disappointment, there is far far too much emphasis on fulfilling delivery orders. Which may I add, were piled up so if anyone got those today they’d be as freezing as ours...

This is a very busy Greggs with a small car park to cater for a few businesses so gets really crammed. The queue was out the door when we went. We saw the pizza boxes advertised so opted for a box of 4, half and half - but we were told that we could only have pepperoni and margarita and that all the other options won't come on till 4pm.
