Greggs — Restaurant in England

I Come here all the time, as local to the store. Harry, Jess, Chris and Kieron, (hope i spelt it properly) are always wonderful and really kind and nurturing towards me every time, even when very busy. Always help me, speak to me, give me great advice about coping alone with anxiety and agoraphobia. Really good to me and they treat me like any other people that go there. Which is important i think. So wonderfully friendly and helpful and go well over the level of service to keep me calm and help me with my severe anxiety and panic attacks and always smile and ask me how i am. Just wonderful, kind girls and lads.

Dont order delivery. This is the 2nd time they have left a lot off the order. Dawn being the main suspect slamming the phone down on my partner continuously being rude. Her reason being shes having a bad I'm sorry love but that doesn't justify the rudeness your giving for the mistakes you have made. We should be the ones angry. They won't even try to make it better her answer basically was to just deal with it. I've never experience such rude customer service ever....

Staff are very friendly and helpful. It was very busy and could be bigger. I was very happy that they had kept a bag safe for me, after leaving it by mistake a few days earlier. On Tuesday the 12th we were very grateful to except a lift from a very friendly lady back to Much Wenlock after finding out the busses had stopped running. Thank you so much.
