Went to the brand new Greggs establishment and was very happy with my visit. The store itself was immaculate, with plenty of space to sit in if you so wish, and seating outside as well. Very accessible for people who require that.

The staff are really lovely and we’re welcoming. Informed me about the Greggs app and encouraged me to download it to make use of their loyalty system, which I’m happy to hear about.

Greggs is Greggs. Grabbed a morning coffee and toastie as needed five mins to sort some emails out. Food was smashing,flat white was a flat white, girl serving was rushed off her feet, but very efficient and because shop was busy not due to lackof staff. Went in at 4 pm exactly to sit down and have coffee and a pastry and were told we could not sit down as she was clearing up. When I said you don't close for another hour I was ignored. Guess who won't be back in this shop, no wonder it was empty. We use Greggs every week and have been served a hot drink at 4.30 on a regular basis.
