Greggs — Restaurant in England

Popped in for a bacon and sausage sandwich was very busy this morning as its Remembrance Sunday. Clearly anticipating more people out and about they had more food than normal on display and the bacon was piled high. Apparently they'd run out of sausages, and there was so much bacon the lid wasn't on the warming tray. It didn't click with me at the point of ordering but upon taking the first bite I could understand why the food was stone cold. They had taken the precaution of making extra food to sell and had people out the back preparing even more but with only two sorting out serving customers the wait in the queue and having not managed the "hot" food to keep it warm at least it was a...

Went in just before lunch time saw the food wa being cooked so we decided to wait.
