Been using this greggs quite regularly the last month on my commute to work. I honestly thought the service and food would get better and I might be lucky to get something decent, but unfortunately not. This morning i had a breakfast bap (sausage) meal deal. It was cold. Also had a steak slice it was very cold. So it tasted rubbish. When I was in there I was told to pay for my drink when in fact it's a meal deal and the drink comes with the meal. The nice assistant explained they wouldn't be warm. Having invested so much time in diverting and queueing I decided to give it a go. And my bacon and cheese was indeed cold. Sometimes you have to live with making bad choices.
Begs the Gregg's question: how can they be cold??? Surely they have systems in place to keep things warm???
Not sure I'll bother next...
