Greggs — Restaurant in England

Went over to the kiosk like two minutes before opening. I knew they were not open I was just looking. Had no intention of talking to them until opening. Got snapped at telling me they are not open. I just replied "is it six?" As in asking if they open at 6. Got snapped at again. Can't remember exactly what was said but got treated like dirt when I did NOTHING to this person. Almost 6am. I got a horrible vibe from this person. I just asked the other one "is she always like this?" And she just said something about not being open. I did swear under under my breath when walking away but I wanted to give this lady a piece of mind. It was a kiosk, visible when not open. I was JUST LOOKING. Again I must emphasise I did NOTHING to these ladies. I don't understand why I was treated like this I've been going over it in my head and I can't figure out why. Really tainted what was supposed to be an amazing day for me. What did I do wrong? Then, I got two disgusting sausage rolls. I choked down one because no other food outlets were open. The other one went to the trash. Please help me understand if I did something wrong I swear...

This Gregg's has been a life saver during the lockdowns. But now they are getting busy again, they are taking too many orders at once and making mistakes. Just been charged for two breakfast rolls and drinks (I only ordered one). The girl making the rolls was surprised I only wanted one. ....I know its "only" £2.70, but it's the end of the month and money is getting tight. ....back to the butty wagon on the A roads it is.

We visited here at about 9.30 on 8th June. It was very busy with a long queue. The 3 staff had a great system of working to get the customers served, and the queue was kept moving.
