Greggs — Restaurant in England

Placed order at about half 8 as estimated delivery was 8.55 to 9.15. When gets to about 5 past 9, it suddenly jumped to not arriving til about 10. Obviously a bit frustrated but know its Christmas eve so less delivery drivers and store workers... but when called to cancel our order(will be leaving/gone out by time it would now arrive) the store worker who answered the phone kept insisting that we had to do it through just eat. Got annoyed then but store worker insisted still they couldn't cancel it we had to. Asked for workers name and went to complain to just eat... to receive a text that the store cancelled my order... which apparently can't do instore...

Maybe ask for some more Just Eat...

Absolutely shocking service ive never been to a drive through that's so unorganised and so so slow they really haven't got a clue how to deal with customers Evan at a quiet period.. customer service from Derek Absolutely appalling this chap should be fired i asked why is it so slow here I was told to piss off and go to Costa what a lovely guy.. one more thing for you guys who love a large capachino or latte pour your large capachino or latte into the regular cup and see how greggs are ripping you off ?? The large just about fits in the regular cup apart from 2 mouthfulls yes that's all your getting pmsl 2 extra mouthfulls TRY IT AND SEE . YOU DONT...

Went in today to grab a quick bite to eat and at 1pm there was barely anything there. There were bin bags on the floor by the entrance pooling out coffee, milk and goodness knows what else. The same person who took those bin bags out then went and grabbed food from the back without washing their hands and placed it out for customers to purchase. Such as cookies and cupcakes etc. The general hygiene was poor and for no hot food to be available at 1pm on a Saturday is shocking. Won't be...
