Greggs — Restaurant in England

I've been a customer here since it opened, on average 4 times a week on a normal week, with no issues generally, very busy, and great service. Until lately, that is. Always arrived between 10.30 and 10.45 for breakfast menu only to be told, sorry sold out!!! Blanet lie, asked this morning at 10.35 for what would be my usual only to be told sold out? Watched the girl bin the eggs , hid the bacon tub from sight of which still had bacon in , and hurried it into the back to empty it. Like wise, it states breakfast until 11am! New staff have bad attitude problems. One even remarked on one visit you 'snooze you lose'. I was going to react but not worth the grief, so a nice email to greggs head office did suffice. Was served by "Gabby". I asked fo you do decaf coffee - yeah - ok please can I have a decaf latte - grunt. Got a sausage roll. Went to add sugar and noticed a tea bag - I went back to the counter and "Gabby" had her coat on and was leaving. I said you've given me tea - she said no it's decaf coffee - where's my latte then? We don't do decaf latte - and the lovely Gabby left. Cold sausage roll, cold decaf coffee in a tea bag. Welcome to Blackburn - supreme rubbish service with a grunt...

Just been charged £5.30 total for 2 pizza slices and a sausage roll takeaway and it wasn't the full order I originally asked for. First got charged 4.20 for the 2 pizza slices and when I asked about the 2 sausage rolls she threw one in a bag and charged another 1.10 .
